Returns & Exchanges: 

Crowns:

Please note that these designs use natural stones and are therefore each is unique and may vary from the photo.  Once your crown ships there are no refunds, except in cases of transit damage. Please let us know immediately if that is the case.

If there's an issue you couldn't foresee, we can do an exchange for another piece.  

Jewelry:

We accept jewelry returns if mailed within 7 days of receipt. Return shipping is to be paid for by customer and must require a signature for return. Email us for return address -- it's in the US.
