Timing: 

Items In Stock will ship within the week. All other items take 4-6 weeks as everything is made by hand.  

Returns & Exchanges: 

Crowns:

Please note that these designs use natural stones and are therefore each is unique and may vary from the photo.  Once your crown ships there are no refunds, except in cases of transit damage. Please let us know immediately if that is the case.

If there's an issue you couldn't foresee, we can do an exchange for another piece.  

Jewelry:

We accept jewelry returns if mailed within 7 days of receipt. Return shipping is to be paid for by customer and must require a signature for return. Email us for return address -- it's in the US. 

We want you to be thrilled with your purchase. Please stay in contact with any issues and we'll certainly work to resolve them.

International Customers:

Please be aware that your country may impose extra duties and taxes upon arrival. We cannot be responsible for any additional charges, and each country has different regulations regarding customs fees. We highly recommend upgrading to Priority International shipping if your order is time sensitive or high value. First Class International shipping does not include tracking or insurance, and we cannot be responsible for lost packages. Please always feel free to email us with questions about shipping or anything else.

Shipping:

All continental US orders ship as Priority Mail, with insurance included for the amount of your order. If you have a preference regarding signature requirement, please let us know in advance.

International orders ship as first class, and mailing times vary. Tracking and insurance for international shipments is not included, but be in touch about your specific needs and we'll work to get you exactly what you require.

Materials:  

Most Elemental Child pieces are built around natural crystals. These precious items are each unique and have their individual qualities, both aesthetic and energetically. We are careful to design and create pieces that are sturdy and showcase the stones to their advantage. Every piece is made by hand. Most of the our collection are constructed using wire work and hammered metal. This means there is some flexibility to the pieces, and you can adjust the crystals or the base gently to suit you perfectly.  

Crystals are sturdier than many other materials, but if they fall on a hard surface, they may well break. Take reasonable care when handling and wearing your piece and it will last to be passed down to generations.  

Pricing:

We use the finest natural crystals available. These rare beauties come from all over the world and availability can fluctuate based on a number of factors such as mine output, export regulations, etc. We will always try to offer you the best price based on the materials, but pricing is subject to change without notice.

Can I order one of your sold out items? Can I order a custom design?

As of November 2021, as we relaunch, we are no longer making each crown to order. The shop updates will include all of the crowns we have currently made and in stock. If you're in love with a sold out design, please let us know! We will do everything possible to include one in the next shop update. 

If you are interested in one of our larger full crowns, let us know. In future updates we will be including an option to reserve one of these special, labor intensive beauties. 

I've fallen in love with a design but it's sold out! Will it return?

Let us know which piece you're interested in. Our designs sell out frequently due primarily to supply limitations. Using organic, wild stones means continually sourcing from all over the world to find the right crystal to match the original aesthetics. Unfortunately some pieces are sold out for years, or indefinitely, due to the mines and suppliers simply not producing the crystal shape or color anymore. We can look into making more of your favorite piece and including it in the next shop update.

YES! Everywhere. Please see our Policy page for more information about international shipping. 

I just placed my order, when will I receive it? 

We are switching over to an all ready to ship model! Our goal is to get your orders packed and in the post within a week of your order.
